I seriously think that from any practical standpoint You would have to be insane to let a Republican (again) have the reigns of our economy.  And understand that they have effectively stopped governing (i.e fix this mess) by blocking ANY legislation that might have positive results for the current administration.

In 50 years I’ve learned a lot, and one of those wisdoms is that Race and Religion, Class and Caste, even La Famiglia are too often obstacles to the hard work of trust, openness and ultimately, understanding.  Throw off the labels and look to the good in all of us and you will find it.  At the same time, allow no-one who reduces a human being to a label a fucking moment of peace. That is MY birthday rant. It’s my half century and I love you all!  Slainte!
