Goodbye to All That: Is Iraq Vietnam? Who really won in 2000? Which side are you on in the culture wars? These questions have divided the Baby Boomers and distorted our politics. One candidate could transcend them.
Andrew Sullivan, self professed “queer conservative” can often be a lovable pet on lefty entertainments (Bill Maher/Colbert/Stewart) but he has a keen mind and makes a bold call here for a post boomer poltical environment, with a “smiling and courteous” (hah!) young man as its standard bearer. Great article, even if I prefer “angry and incensed” as the M.O. of my politicos ;-)
