RATS Northside Piers Development, Bklyn
Williamsburg is such a land grab-without commenting on the whole hipster hating and such, it had a nice moment as an outer borough bohemia. Too bad that EVERYTHING is commodified in about a nanosecond and that now it’s all about trust fund babies and bankers and opportunistic developers. (Oh and yes I’m sure some of my Ft Greene neighbors say that about me too)
