Went to Guitar Center to buy a blues harmonica for James as a Christmas present today. Walked by the Brooklyn Target, watched people maneuvering 50 inch LCD TV’s in shopping carts, the boxes so big that two people had to hold on while one pushed the cart. Yeah I feel smug and superior, though I did buy something on this godawful day—-Baaaah.
